Choose to be Informed: Support Signal Cleveland
In an age where information is abundant yet often unreliable, the need for trustworthy news sources has never been more critical. Signal Cleveland, a nonprofit newsroom, is dedicated to providing accurate, relevant, and community-focused journalism that reflects the lived experiences of everyday Clevelanders. As we embark on our fall campaign, we invite you to join us in this mission by making a tax-deductible donation to support our work. Your contribution not only helps sustain our operations but also empowers us to continue delivering the news that matters most to our community.
The Importance of Local Journalism
Local journalism plays a vital role in fostering informed communities. It connects residents with the issues that affect their lives, from local governance and public health to education and social justice. Signal Cleveland is committed to being a reliable source of information, ensuring that the voices of Clevelanders are heard and represented. By supporting our newsroom, you are investing in a stronger, more informed community.
How Your Support Makes a Difference
Every dollar you contribute to Signal Cleveland goes directly toward enhancing our reporting capabilities. This includes funding for investigative journalism, community engagement initiatives, and the development of new programs that serve our audience. We are excited to announce the launch of the Signal Cleveland Supporters Circle membership program, which will allow us to give back to our supporters through exclusive content, events, and opportunities for engagement. Your support not only sustains our newsroom but also enriches the community dialogue.
Pet Care Resources in Cleveland
As part of our commitment to community-focused journalism, we also recognize the importance of addressing the challenges faced by pet owners in our area. Pet care expenses can be overwhelming, with annual costs ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 for dog owners, according to an analysis by Rover.com. To help alleviate some of these financial burdens, several organizations in Cleveland offer free and low-cost services aimed at keeping pets in their homes and out of shelters.
Neighborhood Pets
Neighborhood Pets is a vital resource for residents of Cleveland and East Cleveland, providing low-cost wellness care, a spay/neuter program, a pet food bank, and veterinary care assistance. They also offer counseling and other resources to support pet owners in need.
